Ancaster’s Terry Fox Run/Walk will take place Thursday Sept 28th at 1:50pm.  The PLF class would like to ask that your class help us reach our goal of raising $1 for every kilometer that Terry Fox Ran in his Marathon of Hope.  Terry ran 5373 kms.  If each student and and staff member donated $5, we could reach our intense fundraising goal!  Your period 3 teacher will have an envelope to collect your donations.  If your class raises the most money, the PLF class will throw your class an amazing PIZZA PARTY!

Cross Country

The cross country competed in their first meet last Thursday at Christie Conservation. Despite the extreme heat and humidity, all our athletes ran very well and represented Ancaster with pride. Some notably finishes included Emma M who placed 4th in the midget girls race, James W  who placed 18th in the midget boys race, and Kyle M, who placed 11th overall and lead the junior boys team to a second place overall finish. It was certainly a great start to the season! The team is reminded of practice today after school. Please inform the coaches if you can not attend. See you there!
